I will first introduce the route of this trip planning, my hometown is Henan, so take this route should be from Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area or Baoquan Scenic Area directly through the scenic area to go up the mountain, my plan is to start from Yuntai Mountain, it is said that there are more scenic spots, the road conditions will be better, you can play for a day when you arrive at Yuntai Mountain, and then set off the next day after staying in Qixian Town, Xiuwu County!
So we decided to go up the mountain from the Baoquan Scenic Area, and the friends who have not played in the Baoquan Scenic Area can also go to play for a day, and stay at night in the Wujia Bay, which is 30 kilometers away from Baoquan, where there is a reservoir to play water rowing, and there are many B&Bs and restaurants, and the price is not expensive, you can bring your own barbecue for barbecue, and the innkeeper provides barbecue grills and charcoal!
The next day, we set off from Wujiawan to Shuangdi Village, passing through the Yew Grand Canyon on the way, there is a "small Hukou Waterfall" in it, you can go down to play in the water and take pictures! Starting from Shuangdi Village, go north along the Taihang No. 1 Highway, pass through Qizi Mountain (here coincides with the route from Yuntai) to the most beautiful ancient village Zheshui Village. Take a stroll here, have a meal, take a rest, and in the afternoon you can take the Goosehouse Tiansheng Bridge to Baquan Gorge. The Goose House Tiansheng Bridge is an undeveloped attraction that requires you to park your car on the side of the road and walk there. So far, everything has gone well!
We heard that the scenery of Baquan Gorge is good, the river is turquoise and turquoise, you can climb the mountain and take the cable car, we plan to stay here after the tour.
But on the way to Baquan Gorge began to pit, we followed the navigation route all the way down, the road was full of stones, but did not affect the passage, walked about six or seven kilometers, two cars drove in the opposite direction, told us that the road was closed in front, we couldn't pass, we turned around, and the two cars behind us also began to turn around and go back. Walking quickly to a fork in the road of the goose house, I met a couple who were also driving on Highway No. 1, they were going to the Linzhou Grand Canyon, but both roads were closed. They asked us where to go, we said also to Linzhou direction, we re-planned the route together, navigating Linzhou Bada Village, walking at the bottom of the Yellow Cliff, passing through the Shuanglong Grand Canyon, this route is particularly difficult to walk, the road condition is very poor, the slope is steep, the angle of the turn is very small, walked for about half an hour down to the mountain, found that the road in front was blocked by the iron door, and a few cars were parked in the opposite direction, fortunately, I discussed with the gatekeeper and opened the door, otherwise we will definitely collapse if we return the same way!
A little more from Goose House Village
It was more than three o'clock from Goose House Village to Bada Village, I thought that Bada Village was a scenic spot where there would be food and accommodation, who knew that it was the entrance of the flower pot line, it was a village, and then it was the Garden Village, all the way up to the Golden Lantern Temple, Xiaoxitian, Yuxia Guan Village, Fox Fairy Cave...... This is a wall-hung road, with an altitude difference of more than 1,000 meters, and the mountain road is rugged and steep, which is better than that of Guoliang Village! I can't imagine what it would be like to be stuck in traffic for hours during the May Day period, when there is no way to retreat or avoid traffic in both directions.
Further down is the Shenlong Bay Observation Deck, Jingdi Village...... The scenery is good, and we plan to eat and stay there to rest.
But, but ......
We arrived at the Fox Fairy Cave without any hint and without warning to close the road, seeing that there are still dozens of kilometers to reach Linzhou, but we can not pass! There are two roads in front of us, one is to return the original way, this is of course impossible, we set off at nine o'clock, it is now five o'clock in the afternoon, except for noon in Zheshui Village to eat a cold skin, now is tired and hungry! There are two ways to re-plan the route, one is from the Tiantao line, a total of 36 kilometers through the Tianji Mountain Scenic Area, and the other is a total of 99 kilometers on the highway through the Taihang No. 1 highway.
But to the Tianji Mountain Scenic Area, navigation for no reason let us turn around the same way, the distance from 36 kilometers to take the high-speed line of 96 kilometers, as long as we move forward to let us turn around, at that time my psychology was going to collapse, in the mountains for a whole day, seeing that the sky is going to be dark! But there is no other way, I had to turn back to the Jiaohai line and take the No. 1 highway to the Linzhou Grand Canyon, on the way back, we met the two self-driving travelers who stopped on the side of the road to ask for directions, it seems that we are not only one car lost! It was already half past seven in the evening when I arrived in Linzhou, and I found a restaurant at random, and the food was devoured as soon as it came up.
The mood of this trip was completely ruined, I didn't take a few photos, my mood was a mess, I had a fight with my friends, I planned a four-day trip, and I returned in a hurry at noon on the third day.
The scenery of South Taihang is beautiful, the peaks and peaks are stacked, the valley and the waterfall, one step at a time, it is intoxicating!
