Recently, the Qin'an County Emergency Management Bureau organized fire protection, county industrial concentration area and other units to guide and inspect the safety production work of enterprises resuming work and production.
The inspection team has successively gone deep into Gansu Bajian Jiankun Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Tianshui Future Residence, Gansu Fatu Garment Co., Ltd., Gansu Laiyi Lighting Electric Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, and supervised and inspected the implementation of safety production rules and regulations, operating procedures, employee safety training and education, special equipment protection and maintenance, and hidden danger investigation and rectification by means of consulting information, on-site inspection, and listening to reports. In view of the hidden dangers found in the inspection, the on-site assignment was carried out and immediate rectification was required. At the same time, the competent departments of the industry are urged to implement the requirements of "three pipes and three musts" and further strengthen the responsibility of industry supervision.
The inspection team emphasized that the main person in charge of the enterprise should perform the duties of the first responsible person, redeploy and re-inspect the safety prevention work, immediately rectify the problems found, strictly abide by the operating procedures, strengthen the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, and ensure that the safety production situation is stable and improving.
