According to reports, the design length of the "No. 0 block" beam section of the superstructure of pier 3 is 15 meters, 9 meters high, 36.7 meters wide, and about 1,892 cubic meters of concrete need to be used, which is poured in two layers, and the first pouring is completed 1,002 cubic meters.

He Lin, deputy director of the engineering technology department of Wutian Expressway Project Company, told reporters that the main bridge pier protective pile is only 4.73 meters away from the Shanghai-Rong railway protective fence, and the minimum clearance from the bottom of the main bridge bridge beam to the top of the track is only 10.22 meters.

To this end, the project department will pilot the operation of the intelligent monitoring system in the project, through which the existing line will be monitored 24 hours a day for long-distance automatic monitoring, and once the warning value is reached, the alarm system can be automatically started to ensure the full monitoring of the line.

At the same time, the balance control of the synchronous rotation of the double-spoke bridge is the most critical control link. He Lin introduced that the two rotating bridges need to be rotated synchronously to achieve parallel layout, and the interval between the two bridges must be controlled at 37 cm. In other words, the operating accuracy of the turntable must be controlled within 1 cm.

In order to guide the bridge to complete the rotation safely and smoothly, the project department is carefully planning and plans to use the attitude positioning technology of the measuring robot to track the rotation in real time to effectively ensure the accuracy and safety of the rotation.
